Had a great time with friends here! We cycled to some beautiful spots nearby and the atmosphere was really cozy. The café served amazing breakfasts, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Just be sure to check the café’s hours, as there’s no restaurant in the evening, making dinner plans a bit tricky.

A delightful stay with a clean and modern room featuring comfy bedding and well-stocked tea and coffee options. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, catering to all diets, and the staff provided a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The café's outdoor seating area adds an inviting touch, perfect for enjoying organic coffee and delicious pastries like pancakes. There was a minor inconvenience with limited size room options, and I wished for a larger space to unwind fully.

Check-in after 3pm offered a contactless experience, but the guidance for designated parking wasn’t clearly marked, which led to a bit of confusion. The small double room felt cramped, like a shoebox with only limited space to maneuver around the bed. The tiny TV didn’t function properly, with channels pixelating, which was frustrating for anyone needing entertainment or work-related media. Plus, the room set-up lacked adequate space for business tasks, making it challenging to work without having to sit on the bed. After checkout, the rate also turned out to be a bit more than expected due to VAT not being included, leading to a minor headache for those on business trips.

Highly recommend for couples seeking comfort
On arrival, we were so tired from a long trip and next thing we know, the owner had prepared us 2 large cups of tea, it was like a warm welcome after a cold journey. The breakfast was not just good, it was constructed exactly how we like it-hot, fresh, and tasty waffles with crispy bacon, who wouldn’t love that!
It wasn't cheap, but honestly, the experience made it acceptable.

Cozy stay near work
Had a nice little stay. The place felt fresh since it’s newly renovated. The staff was super welcoming and helped out when I needed a ride. The breakfast options were decent, but the shower was really weak. it worked for my needs, but the room was tiny for the price.

Cozy and accommodating getaway
I had a blast during my stay! The breakfast setup was super tasty, I had pancakes and crispy bacon – yum! Seriously, such a cozy vibe here and perfect if you like that homey feel. Just note, getting around isn’t the easiest without a car, but the beauty of rural England makes it worth it!
